Merchandise Operations Associate position in Palo Alto, supporting inventory management and order processing for luxury retail operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support merchandise inventory tracking and reconciliation across distribution and retail locations
- Process purchase orders and merchandise transfers while maintaining accurate documentation
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in maintaining optimal stock positions
- Support merchandise receiving, QA checks, and allocation to retail locations
- Collaborate with retail operations and buying teams to resolve merchandise discrepancies
- Generate and analyze merchandising reports and operational metrics
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or related field preferred
