Role & Responsibilities
- Support day‑to‑day merchandise operations across a flagship or boutique environment, including stock replenishment, allocation and floor sets.
- Receive and process incoming deliveries, verify quantities and quality, and ensure accurate logging into inventory systems.
- Execute regular stock counts and cycle counts; reconcile discrepancies and assist with inventory investigations.
- Maintain an organised, accessible stockroom and ensure accurate labelling, folding and merchandising per brand standards.
- Collaborate with store leadership, visual merchandising and the buying/planning teams to implement new product launches and promotional plans.
- Operate point‑of‑sale and inventory systems to complete transfers, returns and adjustments; generate basic operational reports as requested.
- Provide occasional client‑facing support during peak hours, ensuring service standards and product knowledge are upheld.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of retail or merchandising operations experience, preferably within luxury or premium apparel/leather goods.
- Proven attention to detail and strong numeracy for accurate stock reconciliation and reporting.
- Flexible availability including weekends and peak retail periods; ability to work part‑time hours as scheduled.
- Ability to perform physical tasks associated with the role (lifting and moving boxed merchandise).
- Right to work in the UK (preferred location-based requirement).

Experience
At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in retail operations, stockroom management or merchandise handling; prior exposure to luxury retail standards is strongly preferred.
Education
