Role & Responsibilities
- Complete daily store operations including merchandise handling, transfers, and processing of inbound/outbound freight
- Fulfill, pack, and ship online and store customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Execute merchandise price changes, reticketing, and placement to ensure brand standards are maintained
- Manage back stocking, stockroom organization, and inventory control processes including damages and mark-outs
- Support merchandise displays and sale event setup under the guidance of managers and visual merchandisers
- Set up and take down in-store events and activations
- Follow all safety procedures on the dock and in all work areas
- Support store sales objectives and profitability through operational excellence
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year of retail experience
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Capacity to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift/carry up to 35 pounds
- Adaptability to competing tasks with a team-oriented mentality
