Role & Responsibilities
- Complete daily store operations tasks including merchandise handling, transfers, and processing of inbound and outbound freight
- Fulfill, pack, and ship online and store customer orders with accuracy and attention to detail
- Execute merchandise placements, price changes, and reticketing to ensure visual standards are maintained
- Manage back stocking, stockroom organization, and inventory control processes including damages and mark-outs
- Support the merchandising and setup of sale events and in-store activations under managerial guidance
- Adhere to all dock and workplace safety procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year of retail experience
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
- Physical capability to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift up to 35 pounds regularly
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs dictate
- Ability to manage competing priorities with a collaborative mindset
