Role & Responsibilities
- Execute daily store operations including merchandise handling, transfers, and processing of inbound and outbound freight
- Manage order fulfillment, packing, and shipping of online and store customer orders
- Perform merchandise price changes, reticketing, and placement to maintain Neiman Marcus merchandising standards
- Maintain backstock organization, stockroom inventory control, and related inventory management processes
- Support merchandise setup and teardown for in-store events and seasonal activations
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures in all work areas, particularly on the dock
- Assist managers and visual merchandisers with product placement and sale event signage
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of retail operations or warehouse experience
- Ability to lift and carry merchandise up to 35 pounds regularly
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by business needs
- Comfort with standing, bending, and climbing stairs for extended periods
