Role & Responsibilities
- Complete daily store operations including merchandise handling, transfers, and inbound/outbound freight processing
- Execute fulfillment, packing, and shipping of online and store customer orders
- Maintain merchandise standards through proper placement, price changes, and reticketing
- Manage back stocking, stockroom organization, and inventory control processes including damages and out-of-stock markings
- Merchandise product for sale events and signage under visual direction while ensuring adherence to established standards
- Support setup and takedown of in-store events, activations, and seasonal campaigns
- Adhere to all safety procedures on dock and throughout work areas
- Demonstrate flexibility in prioritizing competing operational tasks
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of retail experience
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Product Suite
- Ability to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift/carry up to 35 pounds
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs
