Role & Responsibilities
- Complete daily store operations including merchandise handling, transfers, and processing of inbound and outbound freight
- Execute fulfillment, packing, and shipping of online and store customer orders with accuracy and efficiency
- Ensure proper merchandise placements and maintenance of merchandising standards throughout the store
- Process merchandise price changes, reticketing, and mark out-of-stock procedures as part of inventory control processes
- Maintain stockroom organization and perform back stocking duties to support sales operations
- Merchandise products and assist in set-up and take-down of in-store events and activations under management direction
- Follow all established safety procedures on dock and in all work areas
- Support visual merchandising standards and signage placement for sale events
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of retail experience
- Ability to demonstrate flexibility with competing priorities and collaborative team mentality
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Product Suite
- Ability to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift and carry up to 35 pounds
- Flexibility to work a variable schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require
