Role & Responsibilities
- Complete daily store operations tasks including merchandise handling, transfers, and processing of inbound and outbound freight
- Fulfill, pack, and ship online and store customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Execute merchandise placement, price changes, reticketing, and signage updates in accordance with merchandising standards
- Manage reticketing, damage assessment, mark-outs, and related inventory control processes
- Maintain backstock organization and stockroom maintenance to ensure optimal workflow
- Support visual merchandising team in setting sale events, signage installation, and merchandise presentation under manager direction
- Coordinate setup and teardown of in-store events and brand activations
- Adhere strictly to all safety procedures on the dock and throughout work areas
- Support operational excellence by assisting managers and leads with competing daily priorities
Qualifications
- Minimum one year of retail experience in operations or fulfillment environments
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to lift and carry merchandise up to 35 pounds regularly
- Physical capability to stand, bend, and climb stairs for extended periods
- Flexibility to work a variable schedule including evenings, weekends, and holiday periods

Experience
Minimum one year of demonstrated retail experience, preferably in a merchandise operations, receiving, or fulfillment capacity within a luxury retail or department store environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required; additional retail certifications or forklift certification a plus.
