Role & Responsibilities
- Complete daily store operations including merchandise handling, transfers, and processing of inbound and outbound freight
- Execute fulfillment, packing, and shipping of online and store customer orders with accuracy and efficiency
- Maintain merchandise standards through proper placement, organization, and display according to brand guidelines
- Process merchandise price changes, reticketing, and mark-outs of stock while following inventory control procedures
- Manage backstock operations, stockroom organization, and maintenance to optimize storage and accessibility
- Support visual merchandising under managerial guidance, including set-up and execution of sale events and signage
- Assist with setup and takedown of in-store events and brand activations
- Adhere strictly to all safety procedures on the dock and throughout store work areas
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year of retail or warehouse operations experience
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing tasks simultaneously with a collaborative mindset
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Physical capability to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift and carry up to 35 pounds regularly
