Role & Responsibilities
- Complete daily store operations including merchandise handling, transfers, and processing of inbound and outbound freight
- Execute fulfillment, packing, and shipping of online and store customer orders
- Ensure merchandise standards compliance through proper placements and organization
- Process merchandise price changes, reticketing, and inventory control procedures
- Maintain back-stock organization and stockroom maintenance to ensure efficient operations
- Merchandise products and assist with sale event and signage setup under managerial guidance
- Support setup and takedown of in-store events and activations
- Adhere to all safety procedures on the dock and throughout work areas
Qualifications
- 1+ year of retail experience
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift/carry up to 35 pounds
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by business needs
