Role & Responsibilities
- Complete daily store operations and assist leads and managers with merchandise workflows
- Execute merchandise handling, transfers, and processing of inbound and outbound freight
- Fulfill, pack, and ship online and store customer orders according to specifications
- Perform merchandise placements to ensure compliance with store standards
- Execute price changes, reticketing, and signage updates; relocate marked-down products
- Process reticketing, damage assessments, stock adjustments, and related inventory control procedures
- Maintain organized and properly maintained backstock and stockroom areas
- Merchandise products and set up sale events and signage under manager and visual merchandising guidance
- Support setup and breakdown of in-store events, activations, and seasonal campaigns
- Adhere to all safety protocols on the dock and throughout all work areas
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of retail experience
- Flexibility to manage competing tasks with a collaborative mindset
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Product Suite
- Ability to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift/carry up to 35 pounds for certain roles
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
