Role & Responsibilities
- Complete merchandise handling, transfers, and processing of inbound and outbound freight
- Fulfill, pack, and ship online and store customer orders
- Execute merchandise placements and ensure adherence to merchandise standards
- Perform price changes, reticketing, and inventory control processes including damages and out-of-stocks
- Maintain and organize the stockroom and backstock areas
- Merchandise product and set sale events and signage under managerial guidance
- Support setup and takedown of in-store events and activations
- Follow all safety procedures on the dock and throughout the store
Qualifications
- 1 or more year of retail experience
- Ability to demonstrate flexibility and multitask with a collaborative mindset
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Product Suite
- Physical capability to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift/carry up to 35 pounds
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
