Role & Responsibilities
- Complete daily store operations including merchandise handling, transfers, and processing of inbound and outbound freight
- Execute fulfillment, packing, and shipping of online and store customer orders
- Ensure merchandise placements and maintain visual standards across the store
- Process merchandise price changes, reticketing, and inventory control procedures
- Manage back stocking, stockroom organization, and maintenance of storage areas
- Merchandise product displays and assist with sale event setup under manager and visual merchandising guidance
- Support setup and takedown of in-store events and activations
- Adhere to all safety procedures on the dock and throughout work areas
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year of retail experience
- Ability to work flexibly with competing tasks and maintain a collaborative team mentality
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Physical capability to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift and carry up to 35 pounds
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
