Role & Responsibilities
- Process inbound merchandise and coordinate placement and presentation on the selling floor in accordance with visual merchandising standards
- Locate requested merchandise and complete orders placed by customers, ensuring prompt fulfillment and excellent customer service
- Participate in store projects including floor recovery, supply replenishment, and merchandise fill-in as assigned
- Maintain standards and compliance with Saks Fifth Avenue visual merchandising guidelines
- Operate available technology systems including RF guns, point-of-sale terminals, iOS devices, Excel/Word, and proprietary platforms
- Evaluate progress against key performance drivers and identify organizational opportunities and risks
- Demonstrate flexible communication styles and establish positive interpersonal relationships with team members and customers
Qualifications
- Ability to lift cartons, climb ladders, and handle merchandise racks and carts; maximum lift capacity of 50 pounds
- Proficiency with computer systems and retail technology platforms
- Comfortable working flexible schedules aligned with business needs
- Valid driver's license and ability to operate company vehicles where applicable (select locations only)
