Role & Responsibilities
- Process inbound merchandise and oversee placement and presentation on the selling floor
- Maintain merchandising standards and visual presentation in accordance with brand compliance guidelines
- Locate requested merchandise within the store and complete customer fulfillment orders with excellence
- Provide exceptional customer service and address customer needs with efficiency and professionalism
- Participate in floor recovery, supply replenishment, and other store initiatives during peak business periods
- Operate technology systems including RF guns, personal computers, iOS devices, and proprietary retail platforms
- Handle merchandise logistics including lifting cartons, climbing ladders, and managing racks and carts
- Adhere to flexible scheduling and dependability standards as required by business needs
Qualifications
- Ability to lift cartons and handle merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds
- Comfort with flexing communication styles and establishing positive interpersonal relationships
- Strong computer skills and proficiency with retail technology systems (RF guns, PC, iOS devices, Excel, Word, and proprietary platforms)

- Valid driver's license for select store locations requiring vehicle operation
