Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute detailed action plans for store-level events in partnership with Selling Managers, Corporate Special Events, Client Development, and Senior Store Leadership
- Manage comprehensive event logistics including scheduling, budgeting, internal and external communications, production, breakdown, and performance reporting
- Plan and coordinate seasonal events calendars across market and metroplex in collaboration with Merchants, Communications, Marketing, Creative, and brand partners
- Cultivate community relationships with philanthropic organizations, social groups, and corporate partnerships to strengthen brand positioning
- Create compelling brand activations and inviting experiences that drive both immediate sales and long-term ROI with clear selling goals and Associate follow-up protocols
- Guide market and home store teams toward achieving Client Development goals and key selling indicators, including best practices documentation and implementation
- Oversee social media strategy and campaigns, developing engaging content and compelling brand narratives across digital platforms
Qualifications
- Minimum 4+ years of relevant marketing, events, or brand management experience
- Proven track record of building, leading, motivating, and coaching high-performing teams
- Experience presenting and communicating at executive level
- Demonstrated proficiency with social media platforms and digital marketing strategies
- Technical proficiency with Adobe InDesign or equivalent design software
- Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by business needs
- Willingness to travel as required for market-level initiatives

Experience
4+ years of relevant experience in marketing, events management, brand strategy, or retail marketing within a luxury or high-end retail environment. Demonstrated success building and leading teams, managing large-scale events, and driving commercial outcomes through brand initiatives.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
