Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee and implement all placement standards, execution guidelines, and directives related to overall flow, merchandising, store layout through displays, fixtures, signing, marketing, lighting, wall presentations, and assets
- Achieve brand consistency and enhancements by supporting corporate branding plans, in-store campaigns, and window presentations
- Provide leadership in communication, direction, and resolution of flow challenges throughout the store environment
- Create compelling visual impact to generate customer excitement and interest while adhering to company guidelines
- Lead visual installation and event execution projects from conception through completion
- Manage ad hoc visual responsibilities and special projects as assigned by store leadership
Qualifications
- 2–4 year degree in Fashion Merchandising, Fine Arts, or related discipline
- 5+ years of progressive visual merchandising or visual design experience
- Portfolio or work samples demonstrating previous visual installations, event planning, or art exhibition experience
- Demonstrated ability to lift and carry 25+ pounds, climb ladders, and safely operate equipment including paint, glue guns, and other standard visual tools
- Proven ability to build and lead teams, foster team morale, and enhance individual and collective performance
- Strong conceptual and creative thinking with the capacity to generate novel approaches and solutions
Skills
Experience
5+ years of progressive visual merchandising or related visual design experience in luxury retail or hospitality environments, with demonstrated responsibility for large-scale installations, corporate campaigns, and store-wide visual execution.
Education
2–4 year degree in Fashion Merchandising, Fine Arts, or an equivalent discipline.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 67,832 to USD 84,790 per annum.
