Saks Global in Dallas, TX seeks a Manager, Personal Stylist Program to lead stylist initiatives across stores. Salary $94,000–$126,000 (annual).

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead, scale and operationalize the Personal Stylist and top‑seller initiatives across the store network, ensuring consistency and excellence in execution.
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with Personal Stylists, top sellers, Stylist Managers and store leadership to drive adoption and performance.
  • Develop and evolve the corporate strategy for the Personal Stylist Program, including role definitions, tools, performance expectations and growth pathways.
  • Partner cross‑functionally with HR, Marketing, Merchandising, Store Operations and Training to integrate tools, training and resources for stylists.
  • Monitor stylist performance and program trends; produce insights and recommendations to improve structure, scalability and sales outcomes.
  • Support the design and implementation of dashboards and reporting to track KPIs and inform strategic decisions.
  • Define and support career pathing and role development for stylist roles; provide coaching, communications and resources to enable advancement.
  • Act as an operational escalation point—resolve stylist‑related challenges, remove barriers to productivity and ensure timely follow‑through.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, retail management, marketing or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of progressive experience in retail leadership, clienteling, or program management within luxury retail or stylist‑driven environments.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Strong analytical aptitude with experience translating data into actionable recommendations and tracking performance against KPIs.
  • Demonstrated success managing cross‑functional programs and driving operational consistency in a multi‑store environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, evolving business.
