Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and strategize loss prevention initiatives by developing and executing comprehensive strategies to minimize financial losses across merchandise and returns operations domains
  • Drive data-driven prevention by utilizing advanced analytics and reporting to identify trends, detect anomalies, and implement preventive measures that mitigate risks of internal and external fraud
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Contact Centre, Carrier Claims, Demand Response Management, and Distribution Centre teams—and third-party vendors to embed loss prevention practices into business processes and enhance operational controls
  • Manage and optimize daily loss prevention operations by establishing robust governance frameworks, optimizing escalation pathways, and ensuring high-quality, efficient resolution of complex risk incidents
  • Inspire, mentor, and drive high-performing teams while fostering strong collaboration across departments and external partners

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in fraud prevention platform management and strategy
  • Demonstrated expertise in loss prevention, operational risk management, and process improvement
  • Strong analytical capabilities with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and measurable outcomes
  • Proven leadership and mentoring experience managing high-performing teams
  • Knowledge of emerging technologies and best practices in loss prevention and security
