Role & Responsibilities
- Manage calendar coordination, event planning documents, and project tracking systems (WRIKE, Events 360) in partnership with VP Brand Marketing and Regional Directors
- Lead event operations including contract management, vendor coordination, and on-site production support for fashion presentations and corporate events
- Generate creative concepts and strategic recommendations to enhance customer brand experiences across all three banners
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with buyers, vendors, and cross-functional teams to design revenue-driving experiences
- Create executive-level presentations and communications that ensure alignment across corporate, regional, and store teams
- Track and report sales performance for trunk shows and event activations through company systems
- Research and source new resources, vendors, and best practices to drive process improvements and quality standards
- Maintain and organize project files, decks, and documentation to support ongoing initiatives and stakeholder communication
Qualifications
- 8+ years of relevant experience in events, customer service, or brand marketing
- Proven experience presenting to executive leadership
- 4-year degree preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Word
- Experience with event management systems and project tracking tools
- Ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and brands simultaneously
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs dictate

Experience
8+ years in events management, customer service, brand marketing, or related disciplines within luxury retail or hospitality environments. Demonstrated experience presenting at the executive level and managing complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
Education
Bachelor's degree preferred, though equivalent professional experience in events and brand management may be considered.
