Saks Global seeks a Maintenance Technician at PINNACLE PARK to repair and maintain material handling equipment in a distribution environment. $25–$31.25/hour, full-time.
Role & Responsibilities
- Promote a safe working environment by adhering to all safety procedures and protocols
- Complete preventative maintenance routines for material handling equipment with comprehensive documentation
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical and mechanical problems related to conveyor systems, motors, photo-eyes, relays, belts, and associated components
- Maintain positive working relationships and communication across all operations facility personnel
- Track, organize, and manage department inventory of maintenance supplies and replacement parts
- Perform material handling duties including lifting up to 50 lbs regularly and pushing/pulling wheeled dollies up to 100 lbs during shifts lasting up to 12 hours
- Conduct blueprint and electrical schematic analysis for diagnostic and repair purposes
- Demonstrate knowledge of Safety Data Sheets (SDS) information and hazardous materials protocols
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent qualification
- 2+ years of experience with automated conveyor systems and industrial controls
- 2+ years of hands-on experience conducting predictive and preventative maintenance procedures
- 2+ years of documented experience in material handling equipment repair
- 1+ years of proficiency reading blueprints and electrical schematics
- 1+ years of working knowledge of electrical and electronic principles
- Background or demonstrated experience in conveyor and forklift operation and repair
- Understanding of Safety Data Sheets (SDS) information and safety protocols
Skills
Experience
2+ years of direct experience in material handling equipment maintenance and repair, including conveyor systems, automated controls, and predictive maintenance procedures. Demonstrated proficiency in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, blueprint reading, and working independently as well as collaboratively within fast-paced distribution environments.
Education
High School diploma or equivalent qualification required.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 25 to USD 31.25 per hour.
