Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised, discreet client service to HNW and discerning clients, converting interactions into sales while protecting the brand experience.
- Develop and maintain client relationships through proactive clienteling, tailored recommendations and timely follow-up.
- Demonstrate expert product knowledge across sunglasses collections, frame materials, lens technologies and care instructions to advise clients accurately.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets, support visual merchandising standards and ensure the boutique presents product to brand guidelines.
- Operate the point-of-sale and CRM systems for transactions, client records and after-sales service including repairs, adjustments and warranty queries.
- Support inventory management: receiving stock, conducting cycle counts, processing returns and maintaining accurate records to minimise shrinkage.
- Participate in store opening/closing procedures, maintain compliance with loss-prevention policies and assist with local marketing initiatives and trunk shows.
Qualifications
- Proven retail sales experience in luxury fashion, accessories or eyewear; strong clienteling track record preferred.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with discretion and attention to detail.
- Practical knowledge of sunglasses/optical products (frames, lenses, materials) and fit/adjustment techniques.
- Availability to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and occasional peak-season overtime.
- Right to work in the hiring country and ability to pass any required background checks.

Typically 1–3 years of direct retail experience within luxury fashion, accessories or eyewear boutiques; prior exposure to premium client segments and sales targets expected.
Education
