Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct store patrols and surveillance to deter theft, shrinkage and internal loss.
- Monitor and operate CCTV and other electronic security systems; review footage and preserve evidence.
- Perform point-of-sale monitoring and reconciliations to identify discrepancies and potential fraud.
- Investigate incidents, prepare clear incident and loss reports, and liaise with local law enforcement as required.
- Support inventory control procedures, stock audits and merchandise recovery operations.
- Collaborate with store management and sales teams to balance loss-prevention priorities with elevated customer service standards.
- Maintain confidentiality and act with discretion when interacting with clients and colleagues.
- Participate in training, safety drills and periodic operational audits to continuously improve protection protocols.
Qualifications
- Clear background check and eligibility to work in the UK (right to work documentation required).
