Jewelry Sales Manager position in Boca Raton, FL. Lead retail operations and high-performing sales teams in luxury fine jewelry.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage daily retail operations and sales floor activities for the jewelry department or boutique
  • Lead, train, and motivate sales associates to meet and exceed revenue targets and customer service standards
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and profitability within the jewelry category
  • Monitor inventory levels, stock rotation, and merchandise presentation to maintain premium visual standards
  • Conduct client consultations and high-value sales transactions to build lasting relationships
