Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised client service to build long‑term relationships and drive repeat business and referrals.
- Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through proactive clienteling, in‑store consultations and VIP outreach.
- Maintain expert product knowledge of gemstones, diamonds, precious metals and watchmaking basics to advise clients accurately on value and provenance.
- Manage the complete sales cycle: consultations, fitting, bespoke requests, secure transaction processing and after‑sales follow‑up.
- Operate point‑of‑sale systems and handle cash, card and high‑value goods in strict compliance with internal controls and loss‑prevention procedures.
- Support inventory control, stock reconciliation and shipment/receiving protocols for valuable merchandise.
- Uphold boutique standards for visual merchandising, presentation and luxury service etiquette to reflect brand identity.
- Coordinate with CRM to record client interactions, maintain accurate client profiles and schedule follow‑ups with discretion.
Qualifications
- Professional appearance and polished communication skills with a client‑centric mindset.
- Proven ability to sell high‑value items with attention to confidentiality and discretion.
- Strong numerical aptitude and experience handling high‑value transactions securely.
