Saks Global — Dallas: Item Enablement Operations Coordinator responsible for sample inventory, studio logistics and shipping for digital merchandising.
Role & Responsibilities
- Receive, process and record all inbound owned and vendor merchandise in SMA and MAWM to maintain 100% inventory accuracy between warehouse and studio.
- Prioritize and fully receive all deliveries within two hours of arrival, and expedite outbound sample returns within 48 hours of shoot completion.
- Generate accurate shipping labels and manage carrier relationships (FedEx, UPS, DHL, Brinks) to ensure secure, timely transport of luxury goods.
- Maintain flawless digital records by updating sample locations and photography statuses in real time to provide visibility to stakeholders.
- Perform regular shortage reporting and asset audits to meet Asset Protection and Inventory Control standards and prevent shrinkage.
- Organize unboxing and distribution of daily deliveries, prioritizing high‑velocity items to meet aggressive studio shoot schedules.
- Verify manifests and shipping documentation for outbound merchandise to adhere to strict specifications and prevent inventory discrepancies.
- Collaborate with Sample Assistants, Studios, Warehouses and Buying teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure streamlined product flow through the production pipeline.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in retail, logistics, studio operations or a high‑volume fulfillment environment.
- Demonstrated proficiency with RF guns, package tracking tools and Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with SMA and MAWM preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with proven ability to prioritize, multi‑task and follow tasks to completion with minimal supervision.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for clear, timely updates to team members and leadership.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs and to maneuver carts, racks, pallet jacks and dollies safely.
- Displays initiative, a problem‑solving mindset and a positive, service‑oriented attitude when addressing inventory or logistical issues.
- BA/BS preferred but not required.

Experience
1–3 years in fast‑paced retail, logistics, studio or e‑commerce fulfillment operations, with specific exposure to inventory control, shipping/receiving and carrier coordination preferred.
Education
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) preferred but not required.
