Saks Global is hiring a Night Shift Inventory Control and Quality Assurance Coordinator for its distribution center, working Sunday through Thursday from 4:30 p.m. to 1:00 a.m. The role coordinates processing, material handling, freight prioritization, receipt accuracy, and issue resolution, with no direct reports. The hourly rate is $19.75, with a stated range of $17.05–$21.32.
Role & Responsibilities
- Perform departmental functions, including processing, material handling, and problem resolution.
- Resolve receipt issues with outside business partners.
- Prioritize freight to achieve daily goals.
- Verify that merchandise is received correctly.
- Maintain safety and housekeeping standards.
Qualifications
- Demonstrate attention to detail.
- Work independently.
- Communicate effectively with leadership, business partners, and customers.
- Generate a variety of approaches to problem-solving.
- Be open to learning and developing new skills and processes.
- Be able to use or learn to use an RF Scanner.
- Be able to work a preset schedule.
- Have good computer skills and the ability to learn Warehouse Management Systems.
- Be able to operate a manual pallet jack.
- Be able to stand for an entire shift and repetitively lift, pull, or push up to 50 lbs.
- Understand written and spoken English and demonstrate English communication ability during the interview process.
