Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with attentiveness and sophistication
- Manage the host stand and maintain accurate reservation records
- Coordinate table assignments with floor staff to optimize seating efficiency
- Monitor dining room flow and communicate wait times to guests
- Answer telephones and manage incoming reservations
- Assist with opening and closing procedures as required
Qualifications
- Experience in a fast-paced hospitality or fine dining environment
- Proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) reservation systems
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to remain composed and professional under pressure
