Role & Responsibilities
- Direct daily kitchen operations and coordinate closely with front‑of‑house management to deliver a seamless guest experience.
- Design and evolve seasonal menus, overseeing recipe development, tasting, sourcing and high‑end presentation standards.
- Manage labour planning, recruitment, training and performance development for culinary and stewarding teams.
- Control food cost, portioning and waste; prepare and monitor budgets, P&L and supplier negotiations to meet financial targets.

Qualifications
- Professional culinary diploma or equivalent formal culinary training.
- Valid food safety certification (HACCP or national equivalent).
- Proven leadership experience in a luxury or fine‑dining environment with responsibility for both kitchen operations and service outcomes.
- Strong commercial acumen with demonstrable experience managing food cost, budgets and supplier contracts.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to coach and inspire a diverse team.
