Role & Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain client relationships through elevated selling and personal engagement, positioning oneself as a trusted style advisor
- Demonstrate expert styling and brand knowledge specific to handbags while improving sales through technology integration and wardrobing strategies
- Utilize omni-channel selling tools and digital store technology to engage clients both in-person and remotely, accessing fleet-wide inventory
- Achieve personal sales targets, client conversion metrics, and wardrobing goals through strategic business planning and consistent execution
- Leverage digital tools and social media platforms to connect with clients, guide intentional store traffic, and facilitate remote selling
- Maintain a customer-centric mentality across all interactions and adapt product presentation based on client engagement channel (remote or in-store)
Qualifications
