Role & Responsibilities
- Model and execute Saks Fifth Avenue service principles (Greet, Relate, Exceed, Attend, Thank) in all client interactions
- Achieve and exceed individual and vendor line sales targets, event sales goals, and departmental monthly sales objectives
- Build and maintain high-quality customer relationships through expert product knowledge and professional consultations
- Serve as liaison between Saks Fifth Avenue and designated brand Account Executives
- Record and maintain client information and preferences using Saks Fifth Avenue's proprietary clienteling platform
- Provide consultations on makeup application and skincare treatments, delivering end-to-end customer experience from approach through closing and follow-up
- Maintain counter aesthetics, ensuring a clean, welcoming, and properly merchandised selling environment
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of retail experience, preferably in a customer-focused cosmetics environment
- Demonstrated successful sales record with history of exceeding quota
- Proficiency with makeup application and professional treatment consultation
- Ability to operate and quickly learn online clienteling tools and Saks Fifth Avenue proprietary software
- Strong organizational and business judgment skills
- Excellent attention to detail and initiative-taking orientation

Experience
Minimum 1 year of retail experience in a customer-focused, preferably cosmetics-oriented environment, with demonstrated ability to exceed sales quotas and work effectively in fast-paced, team-oriented settings with minimal supervision.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; cosmetics certification or beauty industry training is preferred but not required.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 19.16 to USD 23.95 per hour.
