Beauty Advisor position at Ex Nihilo in Troy, FL. Luxury fragrance consultation and retail experience required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver consultative, personalized fragrance recommendations and beauty advice to clientele
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Ex Nihilo's fragrance collections, ingredients, and brand heritage
- Cultivate client relationships and facilitate repeat purchase cycles through attentive service
- Execute visual merchandising standards and maintain retail environment aesthetic
- Process transactions with precision and discretion using point-of-sale systems
- Contribute to retail sales targets and performance metrics
