Role & Responsibilities
- Model Saks Fifth Avenue service principles (Greet, Relate, Exceed, Attend, Thank) and maintain consistently high customer service standards
- Drive individual and vendor line sales volumes while exceeding department and event sales targets
- Develop and nurture client relationships by leveraging Saks' proprietary clienteling system to record preferences and maintain accounts
- Execute professional makeup consultations and applications, demonstrating expertise as the brand and department authority
- Serve as liaison between Saks Fifth Avenue and designated vendor Account Executives, maintaining professional communication and positive brand representation
