Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized fragrance consultations and curated recommendations to luxury clientele
- Provide concierge-level service including bespoke scent profiling and custom fragrance experiences
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through exceptional customer care
- Educate clients on fragrance families, ingredients, and olfactory composition
- Manage fragrance inventory and ensure stock optimization
- Exceed sales targets through consultative selling techniques and client engagement
Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in fragrance knowledge and olfactory appreciation
- Proven ability to provide luxury-level customer service

Skills
