Role & Responsibilities
- Model Saks Fifth Avenue service principles (Greet, Relate, Exceed, Attend, Thank) in all customer interactions
- Achieve and exceed individual vendor line sales goals, event sales targets, and daily department sales objectives
- Conduct professional makeup consultations and skincare applications for customers
- Maintain detailed client information and preferences using Saks Fifth Avenue's proprietary clienteling system to drive repeat business
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships as the department's brand expert and Saks representative
- Maintain pristine counter standards with clean, organized, and welcoming merchandising of beauty products
- Execute full sales cycle from customer approach through application, product recommendation, transaction completion, and post-sale follow-up
- Collaborate effectively with the Account Executive and vendor partners to optimize product visibility and sales performance
- Participate in in-house training programs and pre-booked facial consultation events
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of retail experience, preferably in a cosmetics or luxury beauty environment
- Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales quotas in a retail setting
- Professional proficiency in makeup application and skincare consultation
