Role & Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and create a welcoming retail environment
- Recommend fine jewelry merchandise based on detailed product knowledge and individual customer preferences
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships through personalized service and follow-up
- Utilize mobile devices and clienteling tools to expand personal business and enhance customer engagement
- Promote loyalty programs including the InCircle program to enhance customer value and retention
- Maintain visual merchandising and presentation standards on the sales floor
