Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the principal point of contact for the store's private club and VIP clientele, greeting guests and managing in-person and virtual appointments.
- Coordinate and administer private-shopping reservations, lounge bookings, and invitation-only events in close collaboration with sales and events teams.
- Maintain and update client records, preferences and appointment histories to ensure highly personalized service and seamless handovers to sales advisors.
