Role & Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with VIP and high-net-worth clients through proactive outreach, personalised appointments and bespoke service.
- Deliver exceptional sales performance by understanding client preferences, offering tailored product recommendations and executing discreet, high-touch selling techniques.
- Manage the client lifecycle using the store’s CRM: capture detailed client profiles, log interactions, schedule follow-ups and track purchase history to maximise lifetime value.
- Coordinate private shopping experiences, trunk shows and in-store events in collaboration with visual merchandising and store leadership to reinforce the club’s exclusive ambience.

Qualifications

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving repeat business through personalised service.
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills, with a polished, discreet demeanour appropriate for high-net-worth clientele.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and special events; ability to travel locally for client appointments when necessary.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.
