Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain exceptional client relationships through personalized service and account management within the Fifth Avenue Club space
- Recruit new Saks Fifth Avenue accounts and drive sales volume through individual business development and strategic client engagement
- Organize and leverage Fifth Avenue Club events to attract new clients and deepen existing relationships while promoting brand awareness
- Utilize Saks Fifth Avenue's digital clientele resource management systems to maintain comprehensive client information, preferences, and purchase history
- Source products for client appointments across Saks Fifth Avenue's multi-channel inventory network including flagship stores, digital endless aisle, and distribution centers
- Provide guidance and support during client fittings, coordinating with the Alterations Director as needed
- Cultivate digital presence and execute social media content creation to attract clientele and promote personal business
- Serve as community and brand ambassador for Saks Fifth Avenue in all client interactions
- Execute ad hoc responsibilities and special projects as assigned
