Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily merchandising operations across assigned categories, including merchandise flow, replenishment and stock accuracy.
- Manage sample intake, tracking and return logistics between designers, showrooms and internal teams.
- Liaise with vendors and brand representatives to execute deliveries, resolve shipment issues and maintain product calendars.
- Support the buying team with assortment administration, purchase order follow-up and onboarding of new styles.
- Prepare reports and presentations for weekly merchandising meetings, including basic sell-through and inventory summaries.
- Collaborate with visual merchandising and sales teams to execute floor moves, product placements and seasonal resets.
- Assist with styling and product preparation for in-store events, client appointments and editorial shoots.
- Maintain accurate product and sample records in internal systems and ensure compliance with company protocols.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in fashion merchandising, business, or equivalent professional experience preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in retail merchandising, buying support, or showroom coordination within the luxury fashion sector.
- Proven organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for vendor and cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to handle physical product (unpacking, tagging, moving samples) and work a flexible schedule including occasional evenings or weekends for events.
