Facility Engineer role at Brickell City Centre, Miami. Manage building systems, maintenance, and facility operations in a luxury retail environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee the operation and maintenance of building systems including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing infrastructure
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on facility equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Respond to facility emergencies and coordinate repairs with external contractors
- Manage facility-related budgets and track maintenance costs
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework or trade certification preferred
- Proven experience in facility maintenance or building systems management
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
- Valid driver's license

Experience
