Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate general facilities activities and maintenance for the entire physical plant
- Supervise renovations, remodels, and in-store workers contracted from external vendors
- Maintain lighting and ballast supplies, including bulb replacement and fixture repairs
- Supervise housekeeping staff to ensure adherence to store standards and presentation
- Conduct facilities audits and inspections using standardized checklists
- Perform store opening duties including activation of lighting, HVAC systems, escalators, and security
- Execute POS and scanner repairs, including printer, monitor, and related equipment maintenance
- Perform touch-up painting, spot repairs to fixtures, carpet, flooring, hinges, and locks
- Support floor moves and fixture/cash wrap repositioning
- Respond to store emergency calls and facility-related incidents
- Monitor trash hauling and compactor operations
- Maintain and track work orders, elevator repairs, and purchase orders with proper authorization
- Approve and maintain records of contract labor for HVAC, vertical transportation, gate systems, and glass services
- Coordinate telephone and PC/CRT repairs across the store
- Communicate with property management, coordinate deliveries, and ensure certificates of insurance are current

- Minimum 1 year of facilities operations experience
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple concurrent tasks
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous record-keeping capabilities
