Facilities Coordinator position in Atlanta, Florida with responsibility for day-to-day building operations, maintenance coordination, and vendor management.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day facility operations and maintenance activities
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee service contracts for building systems and utilities
- Schedule and monitor facility maintenance, repairs, and capital improvement projects
- Respond to and resolve operational issues affecting building occupancy and comfort
- Maintain facility records, documentation, and compliance with safety and building codes
- Liaise between corporate departments and external service providers
Qualifications
- Proficiency in facilities management software or computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)
