Executive Chef position in Sarasota, FL. Lead culinary excellence at a luxury hospitality venue.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee all culinary operations and kitchen management
- Develop and execute seasonal menus reflecting the brand's gastronomic vision
- Lead, train, and mentor culinary staff to maintain excellence and consistency
- Source premium ingredients and maintain relationships with luxury suppliers
