Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily kitchen operations and food preparation under the head chef's direction
- Manage kitchen staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluation
- Ensure consistency and quality of all culinary preparations across service periods
- Maintain strict adherence to food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and health code compliance
