Role & Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute high-impact events and experiential activations across Bergdorf Goodman's stores and locations
- Manage event budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships to ensure seamless execution
- Collaborate with marketing, merchandising, and retail operations teams to align events with brand strategy and seasonal campaigns
- Oversee logistics including venue selection, setup, catering, and guest management
- Measure event success through KPIs and provide post-event analysis and reporting
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing events or experiential marketing campaigns in luxury retail or hospitality
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Budget management and vendor negotiation experience
- Creative vision paired with operational excellence

5+ years of event management or experiential marketing experience, preferably within luxury retail, hospitality, or premium consumer brands
Education
