Event Coordinator role in New York, FL—plan and execute luxury events with vendor coordination and guest experience expertise.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive event timelines and project plans, coordinating all logistics from venue selection through post-event evaluation
- Manage relationships with external vendors including caterers, audiovisual technicians, and hospitality service providers
- Oversee budget allocation and expense tracking to ensure events remain within approved parameters
- Execute on-site coordination and supervision during events, managing guest experience and resolving real-time operational issues
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across departments to align event objectives with brand positioning and business goals
Qualifications
- Proven experience coordinating events in a luxury or hospitality setting
- Demonstrated proficiency in event management software and standard office applications
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and timelines

Experience
Minimum 3–5 years of progressive event coordination or planning experience, preferably within luxury hospitality, corporate environments, or high-end retail.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
