Role & Responsibilities

  • Execute weekly preventive maintenance on all building equipment and building envelope, including daily, weekly, and monthly safety inspection logging
  • Conduct inspections on facility equipment such as vertical transportation, boilers, generators, and HVAC systems
  • Order maintenance supplies and assist Regional Manager in managing maintenance expense accounts
  • Support execution of capital planning projects in collaboration with Regional Manager
  • Maintain and coordinate all building energy management systems, including lighting through Trane Ensemble Software
  • Provide technical support for Point of Sale (POS) and telephone systems as needed
  • Support kitchen equipment maintenance when required
  • Respond to after-hours and emergency calls; manage overtime during peak retail periods including Black Friday through January 8

Qualifications

  • Degree from vocational school or college in Mechanical or Electrical field
  • Two to five years of direct experience in Mechanical or Electrical maintenance, or equivalent four-year apprenticeship
  • Demonstrated background in building maintenance, electrical systems, and HVAC
  • Proficiency with building energy management software such as Trane Ensemble
  • Knowledge of Safety Data Sheets (SDS) protocols
  • Valid driver's license for transportation to retail locations
