Role & Responsibilities
- Lead guided tours and curated in‑store experiences that communicate Saks Fifth Avenue’s history, brand curation, and product stories to individual guests and groups.
- Deliver engaging, polished presentations that highlight seasonal collections, designers, and merchandising concepts to a luxury audience.
- Collaborate with visual merchandising, events, and store leadership to design and execute tour programming and special activations.
- Provide personalised attention to guests during tours, identifying opportunities to connect visitors with sales advisors, private appointments, and client services.
- Manage group logistics (scheduling, check‑in, duration control) and ensure all guest interactions reflect Saks’s standards of service and presentation.
- Collect guest feedback and report insights to store management to inform merchandising, events and clienteling strategies.
Qualifications
- Exceptional verbal communication and public‑speaking skills with a demonstrable ability to engage diverse, high‑net‑worth audiences.
- Polished professional presentation and the ability to represent luxury brands with sophistication and discretion.
- Strong knowledge of fashion, designers and retail merchandising; academic background in fashion, art history, hospitality or related field preferred.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with store teams (visual, events, sales) and to adapt messaging for guests of varying familiarity with luxury retail.
- Comfort with flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends, to support store events and peak visitation.

Experience
Typically 1–3 years of experience in luxury retail, hospitality, museum education, tour guiding, or a related guest‑facing role; prior experience presenting to small groups or VIP clients preferred.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in fashion, art history, communications, hospitality, or equivalent professional experience preferred.
