Role & Responsibilities
- Lead engaging, accurate guided tours and interpretive talks for public and private groups, adapting content to different audiences and age groups.
- Deliver school and education-group visits, coordinating with teachers and education teams to meet learning objectives.
- Act as an ambassador for exhibitions and the institution’s mission, answering visitor enquiries and promoting upcoming programmes.
- Collaborate with curatorial, learning and front-of-house teams to ensure tours reflect current displays and scholarship.

Qualifications
