Role & Responsibilities
- Operate commercial dishwashing equipment to clean and sanitize all dishes, glassware, and cookware according to health and safety regulations
- Maintain organized and efficient dish stations, managing incoming and outgoing dishware flow during service
- Inspect cleaned items for quality and ensure proper storage in designated areas
- Monitor chemical levels and cleaning solutions, restocking as necessary
