Dishwasher position in Sarasota, FL. Fast-paced hospitality role maintaining kitchen sanitation and serviceware standards.
Role & Responsibilities
- Operate industrial dishwashing equipment and maintain proper water temperature and chemical balance
- Wash, sort, and organize dishes, glassware, silverware, and cookware for immediate service availability
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing station and surrounding work areas
- Inspect washed items for quality and breakage; report equipment malfunctions to supervisors
- Stack and store clean serviceware in designated locations according to organizational standards
- Follow all health, sanitation, and food safety protocols to meet regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Physical capability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to follow detailed cleaning and sanitation procedures
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
Skills
Experience
