Dishwasher position in San Antonio, Texas — maintain kitchen sanitation and support luxury hospitality operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Operate commercial dishwashing equipment and maintain equipment in proper working condition
- Wash, sanitize, and organize kitchen equipment, plates, glassware, flatware, and serving utensils to luxury hospitality standards
- Maintain organized storage systems for clean serviceware and ensure adequate supply levels for kitchen and dining service
- Uphold strict food safety and sanitation protocols in accordance with health department regulations
- Assist with kitchen maintenance tasks, waste management, and general housekeeping duties as needed
